These can include, but are not limited to: rentals, staging and audio visuals, check-in tables, layouts, and coordination of food and beverages. We are onsite from setup through teardown, coordinate the daily event schedules and provide staffing as needed.
Hello Productions provides nonprofit event planning services. This includes weekly committee meetings, venue research and walkthroughs, sponsorship package consultation, event budgeting and event logistics. These can include, but are not limited to: onsite opportunities for sponsors, silent auctions, live auctions, event theme consultation and event design, vendor contracting, rentals, staging and audio visuals, entertainment, registration tables, print materials, layouts, and coordination of food and beverages. We are onsite from setup through teardown, coordinate the event schedule and provide staffing as needed.
