Hello Productions provides corporate and nonprofit event planning services. Ashley Moss Kurkiewicz manages your event with white glove service from communication to onsite coordination. Venue research and contracts, sponsorship package consultation, and event budgeting are only the beginning. She manages monthly committee meetings, on-site walkthroughs, and event logistics down to the smallest detail. These can include, but are not limited to: rentals, staging and audio visuals, registration logistics, layouts, engaging experiences and coordination of food and beverages. We are onsite from setup through teardown, coordinate the daily event schedules and provide staffing as needed.

Will you help us find a venue for our event?

Yes, we will provide our venue research service which includes walkthroughs of your top choices as well as managing the contract negotiations.

Will you help us with sponsors?

We do not solicit sponsors, but we do consult your committee on what should be included in sponsorship packages and how you can provide the best onsite experience for those sponsors. We also ensure any signage that is to be provided to them is created and printed as well as properly displayed at the event.

Do you help us with our event budget?

Yes, we will work with you to determine the revenue you want to bring in and the budget for expenses. Our experts create a budget spreadsheet where we will determine where to allocate your funds and track all expenses throughout the planning process.

These services can include: creating customized wedding planning timelines, creating customized budget spreadsheets, creating a design board with an overall theme and color scheme as well as intimate details from florals to linens to rental furniture.

We make vendor recommendations for catering, rentals, wedding flowers, lighting, transportation, entertainment, hair and makeup and other services. We work with the caterer to coordinate all menu items, beverages, staffing, and update all vendors with final numbers before your wedding day. We coordinate transportation for the bridal party, family and guests. We coordinate everything from setup to teardown and all that is in-between, including the timeline, ceremony, reception, escort cards, seating charts, favors, guest welcome bags, menus, table numbers, and final vendor checks and tips. We deal with all of the logistics and we problem solve on behalf of the couple and their families.
