Design & Staging Services
Hello Productions can handle the design, Coordinate, and Execute Staging Services for Venue/Event Space (photoshoots, showcases, etc.). We want you to feel comfortable that you are hiring trusted vendors who can work with your budget and bring your vision to life.
- Create Design Deck of vision for the space
- Rent tables, chairs, props, furniture, tabletop items, etc. and manage contracts and payments with vendors
- Rent live greenery and plants to add texture and life to the space
- Hire lighting team to incorporate ambiance lighting around the interior
- Coordinate food/beverage display stations with caterer
- Set-up – Hello Productions coordinators on-site for set-up to assist any outsourced vendors with setup of items based on confirmed layout and design
- Teardown – Hello Productions coordinators will assist with teardown
